He’s been officially exploring coffee around KC since summer 2006. This blog is an outlet for him to venti all his opinions. KC Perky gives the KC beverage drinking community even more depth with Karen Looney, our official tea correspondent. Karen brings years of tea drinking experience and foodie knowledge. Her experience with tea started early, especially since she was “Made in Japan” and spent most of the next 5 years living in Hong Kong. She considers herself a KC native and has a passion for creating a tea culture here in the Heartland.
