In case anyone wants to know how to find Dave you can find him and his big black truck at 291 and Lakewood Blvd. He is working on his new location just down from Bank Of The West.

Do you know of where I might find someone who brings the coffee to you at the work place? We have about 50 people we want to treat, and would like a coffee bar setup for an hour or so.
I used to work with a David Nepstad, of Espresso ah la cart, but his phone number is no longer good. Thanks!

The Coffee Wong is a great shop. I am not a huge coffee fan, but they have a pool table, and their muffins are great. A good place to chill.

I finally made it to Crossroads Coffeehouse. I've driven by a few times, but it wasn't until my office was being renovated today and I needed a place to work that I made a successful stop. And successful, it is. I like the abundance of flat-top tables for working - and Kyle, YES, many of us do judge a coffeeshop by their wi-fi and outlets - it's important for people who like to work while they enjoy their coffee.

I think the decoration is cute and refreshing - not sterile at all. I love the exposed brick wall and the (slate?) counter. The raised area by the window with the couch and rocking chairs is really nice, but I almost wish there were at least one more couch, so that more than one group of people at a time can have comfy seating.

It's almost too bright and cheery for such a hipster location, and (today, anyway) I'm unimpressed with the music being pumped in through the overhead speakers.

While I certainly appreciate when people use local roasters, I'm frankly sick of EVERYONE using the Roasterie and Parisi! Yes, they roast some delicious beans, but I don't mind a little uniqueness. In Chicago Intelligentsia coffee is EVERYWHERE. They have several storefronts and sell their coffee to many independent coffeeshops and restaurants in the Chicagoland area. I frankly got tired of Intelligentsia while I was living in Chicago, but I was so excited to see a little taste of the big city here in KC. I don't mind at all that they went outside the box and brought in a coffee brand from outside KC. They're just exposing KC coffee drinkers to something other than Starbucks or what every other shop in town roasts.

So far I say "well done," but I do wish there were more snack offerings and more creative latte recipes on their menu board.

Great place hope it stays in KC forever and yes employees do sometimes look tired but this place has character that abounds. I am moving to Denver soon and will get my coffee and herbal remedies somewhere else soon but this place will have a place in my heart. BTW most of us will be looking back 20 years from now and things like the marriage ban and marijuana debates and laugh at how stupid it all was.

Its the Crozz carsales man, what up! Best k2 in world smoke it (do not inhale, as not for human consumption) while it is here. The joe kicks some corporate coffee ass. I've never seen anyone asleep there... Must be all that increase in business keeping the employees busy! I would know I visit the store daily and/or nightly on all days ending in day.
